He has been engaged in pathologic diagnosis for 25 years, gone to tertiary hospitals at grade A several times for further studies, and had rich experience of clinicopathologic diagnosis. He is mainly good at diagnosing and differentially diagnosing the disorders of lymphoid and hematopoietic systems, particularly leukemia, MDS and MPN shown by a bone marrow biopsy. Since 2006, more than 20, 000 bone marrow biopsy reports have been issued. Since 2014 when he joined the team led by Professor Zifen GAO, he has learned and reviewed pathological sections from thousands of cases of lymphomas and accumulated rich experience in diagnosis of hematologic diseases and lymphomas. In addition, he has rich experience of establishing and managing a pathology laboratory to provide assurance that it makes a timely, rapid, precise diagnosis.
