Chief Physician, Director for Ward 6 of Hematology Department 1, a holder of doctorate degree from University of Heidelberg, Germany, and Visiting Scholar at The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

She had acted as a resident physician, attending physician and associate chief physician at Tongji Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, and stayed at the Children's Cancer Center of the Prince of Wales Hospital of the Chinese University of Hong Kong for further studies. She has been engaged in pediatric work for more than 20 years.

She was good at diagnosis and treatment of blood system diseases and tumors in children.

In 1987, as a bachelor, she graduated from Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan. In 2005, as a Master in Medicine, she graduated from the Molecular Medicine Center/Tumor Research Institute of Tongji Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, where she was engaged in research on tumor molecular biology, cell cycles and its regulation mechanism. In 2008, she received her Ph.D. in pediatric hematology/oncology from the Medical College of University of Heidelberg, Germany, where her focus was on the role of Notch1 gene and its signaling in T-lymphocytic leukemia

From July 1987 to May 2017, she was a resident physician, attending physician and associate chief physician for Tongji Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, where she specialized in pediatric hematology/oncology. From July 2000 to October 2000, she stayed at the Children's Cancer Center of the Prince of Wales Hospital of the Chinese University of Hong Kong for further studies. From April 2001 to July 2002, she was a visiting scholar at The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health to study anemia-related illnesses.

She has been engaged in pediatric work for more than 20 years and specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of blood system diseases and neoplastic diseases in children. She has a good educational background and scientific research ability, excellent foreign language skills and international vision, and can provide good diagnosis and treatment for children.

She had been a principal investigator involved in multiple projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation. Her several papers had been published in domestic and overseas journals.
