Chief Physician and Director for Hematology Department 2, who graduated from the Medical Department of Beijing Medical University and holds a postdoctoral degree from the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

She has over-30-year experiences in hematology, especially hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and laboratory research. She had worked in Institute of Hematology of Peking University People's Hospital for 20 years and Lu Daopei Hospital for 10 years. She had been a postdoctoral researcher in hematopoietic stem cell gene therapy in The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) for 4 years.

She is good at allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for the treatment of leukemia, MDS, aplastic anemia, lymphoma and other diseases and prevention and treatment of complications following transplantation.

Currently she is a member of Hematology Branch, the Chinese Medical Association, a member of the American Society of Hematology, a member of the International Society of Hematology, a member of the Asia Pacific Bone Marrow Transplantation Society (APBMT) and a member of the Academic Committee, Deputy Director for Professional Committee for Hematologic Oncology, China Anti-cancer Association and deputy head of the Team for Transplantation and Cell Therapy, a young member of the Clinical Oncology Committee and a member of the Standing Committee of the Hemolymph Oncology Committee, China Medical Women's Association. She is a member of the editorial board of Journal of Experimental Hematology, Journal of Clinical Hematology, Chinese Journal of Hematology and Hematology/Oncology and Stem Cell Therapy. She has published more than 70 papers and delivered dozens of speeches at international conferences. She has won the Excellent Teacher Award, the second prize for young doctors' English teaching, the second prize for China Medical Science and Technology Progress, the first prize for Beijing Science and Technology Progress, the second prize for Science and Technology Progress Awarded by the PLA General Logistics Department, the APBMT Top Ten Paper Award and Outstanding Speech Award.

From 1986 to 2006, she was a resident doctor, attending physician, and associate chief physician at the Institute of Hematology, Peking University People's Hospital, where she was engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of blood diseases, Since 1987, she has been mainly engaged in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

In 1994, she studied viral diagnostics at the Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.

From 1996 to 2000, she was mainly engaged in post-doctoral research on gene therapy with hematopoietic stem cells in The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI)

From 2006 to 2012, she was the director and chief physician for the Department of Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation, Beijing Daopei Hospital.

From 2012 to 2015, she acted as deputy director for the Ludaopei Hematology Center and director for the Department of Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation, Hebei Yanda Hospital.

From 2015 to April 2017, she acted as vice president for Hebei Yanda Ludaopei Hospital and director for the Department of Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation.
