The Pediatric Lymphoma Discipline leader has more than 30 years clinical experience of pediatric hematological disorders, especially in the treatment of lymphomas and leukemias. She led the creation of lymphoma specialty in Beijing Children’s Hospital and has been the academic leader of lymphoma professional group in Beijing Children's Hospital .She is also the founding director of the China-Net Childhood Lymphoma.

The Department of Pediatric Lymphoma develops the diagnoses and treatment of various types of lymphomas, including lymphoblastic lymphoma, Burkitt's lymphoma, anaplastic large cell lymphoma, and Hodgkin's lymphoma. Children's lymphoma is diagnosed according to international standards, adopting advanced treatment programs that are in line with international standards. It is based on different pathological types, different risk factors, and phased assessment during treatment and continuous adjustment of individualized stratified treatment according to the results of the assessment. The efficacy of lymphoma in children has been greatly improved. The 5-year event-free survival rate (EFS) of all types of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma reaches more than 80%. The 5-year event-free survival rate (EFS) of Hodgkin's lymphoma reaches more than 90%, attaining the domestic leading level.
